It’s been a month and a half since I started using the Aayu app. I am dealing with PCOS and a few months ago I suffered a miscarriage. I want to conceive and have a successful pregnancy. So it’s important for me to manage my PCOS symptoms. I came across the Aayu app randomly and I started exploring it. There were many chronic disease healing options.
So I subscribed to the PCOS program for one month just to try it out. I started practicing every morning by watching videos on the app. The instructor guides you through the practice sessions. There’s an expert who demonstrates to you all the asanas you need to do for PCOS healing, the precautions you need to take. They tell you about the benefits of each asana.
I found the Suryanamaskar very useful. Earlier, I couldn’t bend properly while doing the
Suryanamaskar. I always experienced back pain and I felt my muscles being pulled. But
while doing Suryanamaskar with Aayu, I learned that you have to first stretch your back
and then bend it. That helped me stretch my back a lot more. I feel a lot more flexible
now.
Of course, recovery from PCOS will take time. But I’m happy with the change I have
noticed since I started my yoga practice with Aayu.
