The healing programs, the yoga routines that change in every few days, helped me ease into it and make yoga practice a part of my daily life. For someone like me who is just starting out, I found it very helpful the way the asanas have been structured in a certain order. It’s not like you get overwhelmed with difficult asanas from day one. You focus on all parts of the body - upper body, middle body, lower body. You get to know exactly how much time to spend on each asana. It is all a part of the program, based on science and research.
I can feel the difference the Aayu app has made to my health and fitness levels. I have been using the Aayu app for a few months now. I love the way the instructor encourages you with affirmations, instead of just mechanically counting repetitions of asanas. I find it very motivating and creative. It feels good to practice yoga with the instructor’s voice in the background assuring you.
There are so many disease-specific healing programs on the Aayu app. I practice the Hypothyroidism routine in the day and if I can spare some time in the evening I follow the Diabetes program as well. I have also done live yoga sessions for back pain and live meditation sessions in the morning.
